Experience exceptional fine dining prepared exclusively by a New Zealand born, British-trained chef. All produce is locally grown, caught or obtained from Marlborough and surrounding areas, including wild game from the Marlborough ranges and fresh salmon from the Marlborough Sounds.
The dinner menu changes daily and bookings are required at your earliest convenience to cater for your specific tastes.
SAMPLE DINNER MENU
Baked Portabella Mushroom filled with three cheeses,
feta, mozzarella and parmesan.
Home cured Gravlax served with a cream of horseradish and fingers of rye bread.
Grilled Lamb rump steaks on a minted potato cake with a side of quince paste.
Marlborough seafood Medley
Fresh salmon, Scallops, mussels and Gurnard fillet wrapped
in rice Paper fresh herbs and baked OR pan-fried in parsley butter.
Vindaloo Wild goat curry with fresh chapatti and a side of steamed white rice.
All Mains served with seasonal vegetables e.g.
Sauté red cabbage with apples and balsamic vinegar, baked potato, kumera and pumpkin in rosemary, garlic and olive oil. Steamed broccoli, chargeilled zucchini, peppers and egg plant.
Banana, hazel-nut chocolate and franjellica filo cigar.
Roasted strawberry shortcake with whipped fresh cream.
New Zealand Cheese board with fresh fruit kebabs, spun sugar and local fresh nuts.
